5. International Shipping, Freight Collect & Customs Duties

• Shipping Term (Freight Collect): Product prices at online checkout do not include international freight charges, import duties, VAT, or local customs clearance fees.
• Payable Upon Delivery: Delivery charges and applicable import tariffs will be collected directly by the designated international courier (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS) upon delivery of your parcel

• Refused Deliveries & Unpaid Charges: If a parcel is refused, returned, or abandoned by the customer due to unexpected freight costs, local taxes, or failure to clear customs, all return shipping fees, carrier administrative surcharges, and non-refundable import penalties will be deducted from any potential refund.

6. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

• Returns: Eligible unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
• Warranty: Robotfigs watches are backed by a 2-Year Limited Warranty covering internal movement and manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. Normal wear and tear, physical damage, and unauthorized modifications are excluded.

7. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Robotfigs, its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or products.
• Force Majeure: Robotfigs is not responsible for shipment delays, failure to deliver, or performance delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, customs holds, carrier disruptions, war, strikes, or supply chain bottlenecks.
