INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT TAXES

All international cross-border shipments originating from our Hong Kong hub are shipped under the strict commercial standard of DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) or DAP (Delivered at Place).

Crucial Notice for International Buyers: The list retail prices and associated shipping fees displayed on robotfigs.com are purely exclusive of all localized sales taxes, Value Added Taxes (VAT), Goods and Services Taxes (GST), import tariffs, customs duties, or supplemental carrier clearance processing charges applied by your specific destination jurisdiction.

Any and all such secondary importation fees remain the absolute legal and financial responsibility of the purchasing customer. These fees must be satisfied directly to your local customs office or designated delivery courier prior to package release. We strictly advise executing local duty inquiries before checking out.

Should a delivery be rejected, refused, or abandoned by the buyer as a direct result of refusing local import tax or customs liabilities, all initial shipping expenses, return freight charges back to Hong Kong, and courier administrative disposal tariffs will be systematically deducted from the customer's eventual product refund.
